BIEN moves reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

3. The order

All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, the buyer will be informed in short notice and will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.
To place an order, the buyer will have to use the buy online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of his/her order (Order Confirmation).
BIEN moves reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

4. Prices and payments

All prices indicated in this website are shown in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded, and will be added to the total costs of the order, depending on item and delivery location.
All products are subject to change of price at any moment, although price modifications will not affect orders already confirmed by us.
Products will remain property of BIEN moves until the payment has been confirmed.
If your purchase is done through our e-shop, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros and using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), iDEAL or PayPal. If the purchase is done by e-mail, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros and the payment must be made through bank transfer. Maximum security is guaranteed for the three payment methods.

The website states that the card holders are responsible of their transactions. In order to provide maximum security to the payment process bienmoves.com uses SSL secure payment system with encrypted data.

By using this site, you consent that you have the minimum legal age to purchase online in your state or province of residence.

5. Delivery and customs 

Orders will be delivered at the address provided by the buyer as soon as possible.

Orders placed before 3 pm on our working days, will be shipped the same day.
Orders within the Netherlands have a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.
Orders within Europe have a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days.
Orders outside of Europe have a delivery time of 5 to 14 workings days.
If you decide to order a large quantity please contact us at info@bienmoves.com before ordering.

We make use of PostNL, UPS or DHL for our delivery services, depending on the delivery address. If the delivery time is 4 days longer than expected (taking into consideration if there are holidays) or if you noticed dommage occurred during the shipment, please contact us at info@bienmoves.com.

Please note that we are not taking charge of the customs tariffs and other fees. You can refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest update on rates.

6. Refund

In order to return a product: you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase. To proceed, please contact us at info@bienmoves.com indicating the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return it.
Any refund will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to return, after confirmation of us, to the following address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit. Once we receive your parcel and ensure the product is in good conditions, we will refund you the money of the product to the same method payment you used to pay or other if that has been communicated before hand.
